Sandblasting Services

Twelve categories, wet or dry, mobile or in the workshop. Eight industries we work across, and four specialist jobs we are called in for by name.

In short

Dustless Blasting Services provides twelve categories of abrasive blasting across Perth and Western Australia — eight industry services (automotive, marine, construction, mining equipment, agriculture, manufacturing, transport, fixed and mobile plant) and four specialist jobs (line marking removal, graffiti removal, fire damage cleanup, concrete exposure). All are available mobile on site or in the workshop, wet or dry.

Industries

Specialist jobs

We run wet and dry

Most operators own one setup and sell you that one. We carry both, so the job picks the method — the comparison is in our guide.

Wet blasting

When the dust can’t travel

Occupied sites, boatyards, suburban streets, plants where trades need to keep working nearby. The water also cools the surface, so thin panel and alloy come back flat.

Dry blasting

When the steel must stay dry

Heavy mill scale, thick industrial coatings, tank interiors, and coating systems that will not tolerate moisture. Contained and extracted, in the yard or on your site.

Common questions

Choosing a sandblasting service

How do I choose the right blasting service?

Start with the substrate and the site. Thin panel, masonry, timber and alloy need a wet or soda setup; mill scale and heavy industrial coatings are faster dry. If the item belongs to an industry on this page, start with that page — it covers the substrates and standards specific to that work.

Do you do all of these services mobile?

Yes. Every category can be done on site with our own compressed air, water, abrasive and containment, or in our workshop where the item is small, needs coating in controlled conditions, or is easier to bring to us.

Can you blast and coat the same job?

Yes. Bare steel needs coating the same day in Perth humidity, so we prime and coat inside the window rather than handing over and waiting. Mechanical repairs and component replacement can also be built into the job.

Do you take on small one-off jobs?

Yes, though small items are usually cheaper handled in our workshop than by bringing the rig out to a single part. Tell us what it is and we will say which way round is better value.

What does a blasting job cost?

It depends on square metres, how many coatings are on the surface, access, containment and the standard required. Our guide to what blasting costs in WA sets out the drivers, and quotes are free inside the Perth metro.
