Sandblasting Malaga
The northern trade belt — fabricators, panel shops, trade fleet and machinery, blasted at your unit or ours.
Blasting in Malaga
Malaga is wall-to-wall industrial units, and the work reflects it: fabricated steel needing profile before coating, trade utes and trailers needing a strip and repaint, machinery and components coming apart for restoration.
Because we also do mechanical work, components that need removing, repairing or replacing around a blast can be handled in the same project instead of shuttling between contractors.

In short
Malaga sits inside our standard metro rate. Fabrication, fleet, trailers, machinery and component work, either at your unit or in our workshop — blasting, repairs and coating from one team. Call 0458 531 878.
What we blast around Malaga
Fabrication and steel. Mill scale and weld spatter off plate, sections and weldments, blasted to profile and primed. See manufacturing sandblasting.
Trade fleet. Ute trays, canopies, toolboxes, trailers and chassis rails stripped and recoated — often a unit at a time so the fleet keeps running. See transport sandblasting.
Restoration and components. Wheels, castings, frames, gates, machinery parts and project cars, in the workshop with coating to follow. See automotive sandblasting.
Mobile or workshop
Small components and anything needing a controlled coating environment are best in the workshop. Larger items, fixed plant and whole vehicles we do on site at your unit. Either way we contain and remove the spent media.
Malaga: workshop drop-off or mobile
Malaga is one of the denser light-industrial pockets in the north-east metro, and most jobs here take one of two shapes.
- Fabricated steel and weldments waiting on a coating spec, blasted to profile and primed
- Fleet and trailer work run through in batches so units keep earning
- Machinery, frames, toolboxes and trays that are easier to drop off than to have us mobilise for
- Yard equipment, bins and racking stripped and recoated on site between trading hours
- Graffiti and roller-door work on street-facing units, usually outside business hours

Malaga questions
Working in Malaga
Can you collect and return items?
For workshop jobs we can usually arrange pickup and drop-off within the metro. Tell us the size and weight and we will work it out with the quote.
Can you handle repairs as well as blasting?
Yes. We are mechanically qualified, so components that need removing, repairing or replacing around the blast can be part of the same job rather than a separate contractor.
Do you coat after blasting?
Yes — primer, protective coatings and refinishing. Doing both means the coating goes on inside the window rather than a day later.
Is there a minimum job size?
No, but small one-off items are usually cheaper handled in the workshop than by bringing the rig to a single part.
Can I drop an item off rather than book the rig?
Yes, and for smaller items it is usually the cheaper option. Mobilising the rig carries a fixed cost that a workshop job avoids.
Can you work outside business hours in Malaga?
Often, yes. Street-facing and shared-yard work is frequently easier before opening or after close, and wet media means neighbouring units are not affected.
