Before & After Sandblasting
Nine of our own jobs, shot on site before we started and after we finished — trays, wheels, farm gear, fabricated steel and structural steel in a heritage building. Nothing retouched, staged or borrowed.

AfterTruck tray, headboard and gantry
TransportTray, headboard, drop sides and rear gantry stripped of failed cream paint and rust, then recoated in white with the deck finished in red. Dustless blasting so the yard next door kept working.

AfterUte tray and cab guard
AutomotiveRust along the drop sides, headboard frame and floor edges taken back with soda so the surrounding paint and rubbers stayed intact. Finished white, deck recoated red.

AfterUte tub and tailgate
AutomotiveScaling rust through the floor ribs, wheel tubs and tailgate lip. Blasted back to clean steel and held in primer the same day, ready for the owner’s topcoat.

TransportRims, nuts and hub caps done in place with the tyre masked, then coated silver and the hub and nuts picked out in black.

AfterTractor rim
AgricultureRust through the old yellow coating across the centre and around the bolt holes. Blasted with the tyre masked, then finished in white.

AfterSeeder bar and frame
AgricultureBar, drawbar and frame blasted in the shed on the property, then recoated in grey. The rims behind it went through the same job.

ManufacturingFailed coating, oil residue and rust off the skid base, frames and drum housings, then primed as one unit before the topcoat system went on.

AfterLifting beam and spreader frame
ManufacturingMill scale and surface rust off a fabricated lifting beam and spreader frame, blasted to an even profile so the coating system had something to key into.

AfterStructural steel in a heritage building
ConstructionColumns, beams and bearers blasted in situ inside a heritage brick shell, with the floor sheeted and the brickwork protected so only the steel was touched.
